It is with great pleasure that the Cadavera estate anounces that it is opening the doors of it’s historical manor to the public. The prestigious family invites you to relish in the oppulence of their signature home through a series of galleries and exhibits. Each of which, exploring different aspects of the family’s colourful roots and glory, tracing all the way back to the early 19th century.

Come rediscover or explore this new version of the Cadavera Affair. We have modified Montreal’s most famous exhibit to allow you to experience it through a new lens.

Lord Fitzwilliam Cadavera was found murdered in his Manor on May 3rd 1931. The investigators concluded that the culprit was the maid of the household, Mrs Maille-O’Neil, who has ever claimed her innocence.

Some say the investigation was nothing but a sham and that some evidence pieces were wilfully ignored.

After being kept sealed for decades, the office in which this crime took place is at long last available to the public.

The Cadavera family regrets to inform you that the exceptional visit of̸̥͑ tH̶̗͌é̷̫

January 6 1938, I have been alone in the manor since the start of winter. There is a gloom about this place that keeps me up even in the dark of the night. According to my research, it seems the manor was constructed on sacred ground, a possible source of dark magic, a forbidden art that may be at the root of the Cadavera family’s wealth. The manor itself seems to have functioned as a sanctuary for a cult named Opus Luminum. It was within the torturous corridors of the north wing that I found a most unusual office.

During my nightly rounds, I can hear screams that chill my blood. I believe they come from Celeste, a former butler, who supposedly left to live on a farm, but if rumor is to be believed, actually perished in this dismal room of which I am currently obsessed.

Access to this room is categorically forbidden to the butlers, yet my sleepless nights drive me to defiance of this interdiction. I hope I can resist the call…

T̸̩͝hǐ̷̦s̶͎͘ room is unfortunately prohibited to the public.

The Ezkapaz Manor is a unique piece of architecture among Montreal’s landscape. Erected in 1836 by the illustrious ancestor of our family, the building is filled with curiosities. Among them, a secret room we discovered during our latest restoration work. Hidden behind a thick brick wall, was found a forgotten barbershop.

Why was this room walled up? Who went to so much trouble to make it disappear? Rumors speak of a salon in which dangerous experiments were carried out by Lord Cadavera himself.

Even more strange, the room emits an incredibly powerful magnetic field that regularly pushes the neighborhood’s computer systems to malfunction. Come and discover the well kept secrets within this vestige of the past.
